Overview: C & S Processing operate strict quality procudures in order to achieve the highest standards possible.

BS EN ISO 9001:2000: We are a quality assured company audited by Certified International Systems (CIS). The quality control system provides us with a system to ensure the best working practices are in place at all levels resulting in a higher level of service to end clients and a more efficient and economic service.

Inspection: Inspection is carried out at all levels from receipt of work through the cleaning, finishing, packaging and dispatch. Each job is allocated a job sheet which details each process applied allowing for batch traceability and quality assurance.

Gloss Levels: We offer gloss testing where required using a Paint Test Equipment - 20° / 60° Starglos Gloss Meter. This allows us to to determine standard and high gloss levels with an accuracy of ±1%, and a display resolution of 0.1 gloss units.

Paint Thickness: We offer thickness testing where required using an Elektro-Physik Koln Minitest 1000 S. Capable of carrying out none destructive testing of coating thicknesses from 0µm to 3000µm in 1µm graduations.
