Air Dry Paint Systems
: C & S Processing offer a range of air drying systems including two pack epoxy, two pack polyurethane and specialist DEF Stan & Mil Spec coatings.
Stove Enamelling
: We offer a range of commercial stove enamel finishes including low temperature acrylic stoving finishes, low temperature organosol stoving finishes and primers.
Powder
Coating
: We offer polyester, epoxy
and epoxy polyester powder coating finishes in a
range of colours.
Alocrom
1200 & 1000
: Chromate conversion
for aluminium with Alocrom 1200 & 1000 is available
for small
to medium
sized components.
Iron
Phosphate
: For powder coated items
we offer Iron Phosphate as a basic pretreatment service.
Screen
Printing
: We offer screen printing
of metal and uPVC with a two pack catalysed ink
and vinyl in all available Pantone colours.
Engraving
:
We can engrave into various substrates including aluminium
and mild steel which typically involves the application
of identification numbers and instructions.
