Air Dry Paint Systems

Overview

: C & S Processing offer epoxy and polyurethane two pack air dry systems specialising in coatings for the defence, aerospace and electronics sectors. C & S Processing undertake commercial coatings as well as specialist coatings. Much of the work carried out is for small sized aerospace cockpit equipment.

Two Pack Epoxy

: We offer commercial and specialist two pack epoxy air dry systems for plastic and metal components, ideal for interior finishes. Specialist coatings such as the two pack epoxy polyamide system which offers high chemical resistance and hardness, ideal for industrial plant & equipment are also available.

Polyurethane

: Commercial single & two pack polyurethane coatings are available for general coatings as well as specialist applications such as machine tool coatings.

Plastic Coatings

: Coatings for materials such as ABS, Noryl, polycarbonate, PP and other thermoplastics offering excellent colour retention, abrasion resistance and exterior durability.

Wood Coatings

: C & S Processing also offer a Two Pack Fast Drying Acid Catalyst Finish for materials such as MDF and pine ideal for wall panels, shop fittings, shelving, and small furniture items.

Infra-Red Reflecting (IRR)

: We offer two pack system for infra-red camouflage applications to the defence sector. The coating options are NATO green or black with a near matt finish and chemical resistant properties for use in verdant environments.

Chemical Agent Resistant Coatings (CARC)

: We offer air dry systems to satisfy the requirements of DEF STAN 80 - 208, DEF STAN 80 - 209 & DEF STAN 80-225 for chemical agent resistance, based on the DEF STAN 00-72 standards.

Solar Heat Reflecting Finishes

: We offer a two pack polyurethane finish applied over a two pack epoxy primer and filler that satisfies the specification for DTD 5618, designed to reflect solar heat radiation in order to reduce surface temperatures of electronic equipment thus minimising the chance of malfunction.
